Acceptable Use Policy

1. Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all use of OXYGEN software, CLI/MCP/API tools, workflows, integrations, and done-for-you services. Capitalized terms have the meanings in the Terms of Service.
2. Prohibited Conduct
You must not use OXYGEN to:
- violate anti-spam, privacy, advertising, telemarketing, sanctions, export, or platform rules;
- send unlawful unsolicited emails, messages, calls, or sequence enrollments;
- hide, falsify, or mislead about sender identity, headers, domains, offers, or commercial purpose;
- ignore unsubscribe, refusal, bounce, complaint, suppression, or do-not-contact signals;
- scrape, import, buy, enrich, or use data without required rights and lawful basis;
- harass, threaten, deceive, impersonate, discriminate, or transmit illegal content;
- target children, sensitive categories, regulated audiences, or restricted industries without written approval;
- evade rate limits, provider restrictions, security controls, account blocks, or compliance reviews;
- upload malware, compromise systems, or interfere with OXYGEN or third-party services.
3. Outbound Requirements
Customer is responsible for recipient selection, contact-source rights, lawful basis, consent evidence, message claims, sender identity, suppression, unsubscribe handling, and jurisdictional compliance. Live outbound must also comply with the Outbound Compliance Policy.
4. Enforcement
OXYGEN may require preflight information, proof, approval gates, dry-run previews, suppression uploads, manual review, or spend caps. OXYGEN may throttle, pause, block, suspend, or terminate use where it believes activity may violate law, third-party policies, these Terms, or recipient trust. No refund is owed for enforcement.
