Done-for-You Services Terms

Last Updated: June 1, 2026

1. Scope

These Done-for-You Services Terms apply when OXYGEN GTM Inc. provides operational GTM assistance, including list building, enrichment, research, campaign setup, copy drafts, sequencing, mailbox or provider coordination, monitoring, reporting, and similar services. They supplement the Terms of Service.

2. Customer-Directed Work

Done-for-you services are performed under Customer's instructions. Customer remains the sender, advertiser, campaign owner, controller, and approver for all outbound activity, even when OXYGEN personnel or contractors configure workflows, draft copy, or operate tools.

OXYGEN does not provide legal advice, compliance opinions, deliverability guarantees, lead-quality guarantees, revenue guarantees, or platform-policy guarantees.

3. Required Campaign Approval

Before live outbound, Customer must approve:

  • ICP, target roles, row scope, countries, and excluded categories;
  • contact data sources, enrichment providers, and any imported lists;
  • lawful basis, consent evidence, soft-opt-in rationale, or counsel-approved basis;
  • message copy, subject lines, claims, sender identity, and unsubscribe language;
  • mailbox/domain setup, suppression list, bounce handling, and opt-out process;
  • external actions, provider spend, credit cap, send volume, and live launch date.

Customer approval may be captured in an order form, email, in-product approval, CLI/MCP approval, table/run approval, or other written instruction accepted by OXYGEN.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customer is responsible for the legality and accuracy of all customer instructions, offers, claims, lists, source data, suppression data, sender accounts, and connected platforms. Customer must promptly provide suppression updates, notify OXYGEN of legal or platform restrictions, and review campaign outputs.

5. OXYGEN Responsibilities

OXYGEN will use commercially reasonable efforts to perform agreed operational services, maintain run/provenance records where supported by the product, follow documented Customer instructions, and apply the compliance controls described in the Outbound Compliance Policy.

OXYGEN may pause or refuse any done-for-you work that presents legal, security, deliverability, platform, recipient-trust, or reputational risk.

6. Liability & Indemnity

Customer indemnifies OXYGEN for claims, fines, penalties, complaints, provider actions, platform actions, or recipient disputes arising from Customer-approved outbound, Customer data sources, Customer claims, Customer legal-basis determinations, or Customer instructions. OXYGEN remains responsible only for its own breach, unauthorized action outside Customer instructions, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or non-excludable liability.
