OXYGEN Claude Connector Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are

Oxygen is operated by OXYGEN GTM Inc.. Contact: philipp@oxygen-agent.com. This policy covers the Oxygen connector for Claude and other MCP-compatible clients.

2. What the Connector Accesses

• workspace tables, schemas, rows, columns, and cell values;
• tool catalog metadata, provider names, descriptors, and pricing;
• run records, provider calls, AI column executions, status, errors, and provenance;
• credit balance and usage transactions for your organization;
• identity context from Clerk, including user id, email, and organization membership.

3. What the Connector Does Not Access

• other Oxygen organizations you are not authorized to access;
• your Claude conversation history or memory;
• files in your Claude account;
• third-party services that Oxygen has not been configured or instructed to call.

4. How Data Is Used

Inputs passed to connector tools are forwarded to the OXYGEN control plane, tenant database, and selected providers as needed to execute the tool. OXYGEN does not train models on connector data. Storage, retention, subprocessors, rights, and customer data roles follow the OXYGEN Privacy Policy and DPA.

5. Outbound Responsibility

If you use connector tools for outbound, enrichment, campaign setup, or external actions, your organization remains the sender, advertiser, campaign owner, and controller. The connector is an execution surface for customer-directed OXYGEN tools.
